Atlanta’s Best Beach

Brief: The South River Watershed Alliance and the Lighthouse Foundation are looking to save the heavily polluted South River by generating awareness and inspiring the community to take action.

The Idea: The South River, especially the Panola Shoals area affords the Atlanta community a beach like experience without the long 2 hour drive to the nearest coast. We encourage the community to dream and imagine what they could have with our “Atlanta’s Best Beach” messaging. The desire to see this vision to fruition would encourage the community to take action to save the South River.

Sun, sand and water, Panola Shoals (apart of the South River), is the closest beach like experience there is to metro Atlanta.

Using Social to help the Community see the Vision

We would use social media to further paint the vision of this premium space that is possible for the Atlanta community with their collective efforts. Creating a desire for this experience will prompt the community to take action.

Merch

Merch would generate financial support towards cleaning up the South River. The Brand Messaging would be appealing to all ages and create a fun way for the community to partake in making a difference while working towards creating a premium space for the community to enjoy.
