Caribbean Social Studies

The Caribbean is one of the densest per capita cultural and creative economies, yet often unrecognized globally. Infrastructure gaps lead to more than $30B in uncaptured revenue annually and a persistent brain drain. CSS exists to close these gaps and bridge the Caribbean with its high-performing creative talent globally. The first of its kind, CSS championed the Caribbean's collective presence at Cannes Lions, reshaping the region's narrative and gaining global visibility. By activating the Diaspora, who often hold senior roles in global creative industries, CSS is building the connections that point toward a billion-dollar economy.

My Creative Profile transforms talent acquisition from reactive into a proactive ecosystem, building Pre-Role Talent Pipelines that connect creatives with ongoing mentorship and industry feedback — preparing talent before opportunities arise, creating stronger candidates and more confident hiring decisions. Connected creatives from RISD, University of Florida, Miami Ad School, SCAD, and more with senior recruiters from TBWA/Media Arts Lab, Digitas, and VML.

BCG BrightHouse

BCG BrightHouse, the Home of Purpose, originated the framework for unlocking purpose in business. Working in both creative and strategy capacities, I applied their methodology to BrightHouse's own purpose, shaping the Bold Commitments project: a new offering that activates company purpose in tangible ways. Led stakeholder research, developed the product positioning, and created targeting strategies for C-Suite audiences. Also contributed to campaign development for two nonprofit partners.

About the Santa Fe Institute

The Santa Fe Institute (SFI) is a highly prestigious, independent theoretical research center. It is widely considered the world's premier institution for studying complex adaptive systems, a field that cuts across physics, biology, computer science, and economics.

In 2023, I was invited to the Santa Fe Institute's Collective Intelligence Short Course & Symposium, a program exploring the unifying principles behind collective intelligence, from its theoretical foundations to radical new ideas for harnessing collective potential.

The program convened global scientists, leading physicists, and researchers from institutions including MIT to share and stress-test new findings in the field. My invitation followed my own independent research into collective intelligence, work that continues to shape how I think about ecosystems, talent, and the systems that let potential compound.

I'm a strategist working at the intersection of cultural intelligence, business strategy, and creative talent.

Ten years across creative agencies, consulting firms, global platforms, and Caribbean governments has taught me one thing: the gap between potential and prosperity is almost always architectural. The talent exists. The communities exist. What's missing is the infrastructure that lets them compound.

That's the work I do, with founders, organizations, and regions ready to build the systems their people are already reaching for. I diagnose ecosystems as a strategist. I build them as an architect. I activate them as a creative.

I grew up on the smallest sovereign nation in the western hemisphere, where my grandfather's shop was my first lesson in how brands and storytelling can move culture and people, even in places most of the world have never heard of. That lesson hasn't stopped teaching me. It gave me a firm understanding of the power of creativity and how to make a global impact.
